• Account & profile data. Apps that require sign-in (e.g., ByoPaisa, My Game Team, The Umpire Call, COCOCARA CRM) collect your display name, email address, and profile photo via Google Sign-In.
• User-generated content. Expense records and group data (ByoPaisa); team rosters, match results, and scorecards (My Game Team, The Umpire Call, Newham Cricket Club); CRM contacts and notes (COCOCARA CRM); workout history and timer settings (AnyTimer).
• Health and fitness data. Fitness-focused apps such as AnyTimer - Workout Clock may access or collect health-related information that you enter or create in the app, such as workout names, interval and timer schedules, exercise notes, completed workout history, activity dates, durations, repetitions, sets, and other fitness activity details. We use this health and fitness data to provide workout timers, track your workout history, show progress, sync your data across your devices when supported, and improve the reliability of the app. We do not sell health data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers.
• Game & usage data. Scores, progress, and in-app activity for game apps (MathIcian, Quick Learn, Quick Learn Japanese, Right Blocks, Simple Packman, Tetris - Awesome, G-Buddy).
• Device & usage analytics. Basic analytics such as pages/screens viewed, approximate location, device type, OS version, and crash reports across all apps.
• Content you provide. When you contact us or submit feedback, we collect the information you choose to share (e.g., name, email, message).
• Payment/support info. If you support us via third parties (e.g., Buy Me a Coffee), those providers process your payment details; we may receive your name, email, and support note from them.

How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services
• Sync and display your data across devices
• Provide fitness features such as workout timers, activity history, and progress views
• Prevent abuse, secure accounts, and enforce policies
• Respond to support inquiries

Health and fitness data is used only to provide and maintain the fitness features of the relevant app. It may be processed by our service providers, such as Firebase, when needed for app functionality, storage, sync, crash reporting, or security. We do not share health and fitness data for advertising or marketing.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Your Rights & Data Deletion

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
